Complaints procedure

At DF Communications we take all complaints very seriously and try to ensure all our customers are pleased with their experience of our service. If you have an issue that you feel has not been satisfactorily resolved by your Account Manager we would ask that you submit the form below, where your complaint will be picked up by our customer care team and if needed escalated to our management team.
